Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
During busy seasons, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Customs & Import Fees
For international orders (outside Canada), customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations.
These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Lyana Jade is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the courier.
If Your Package Is Marked Delivered
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

• Looking around your delivery location
• Contacting your local postal service
Unfortunately, Lyana Jade cannot replace orders that have been marked as successfully delivered by the carrier.
If Your Package Is Lost in Transit

At Lyana Jade, every accessory is designed to be a meaningful piece — from our scrunchies to our jewelry. We want you to love your purchase, and we strive to ensure every order arrives beautifully made and ready to enjoy.
Because our products are wearable accessories and hair items, certain return conditions apply to maintain hygiene and product integrity.
1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unused and unworn
• In their original packaging
• Free from signs of wear, washing, perfume, or damage
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
For hygiene reasons, hair accessories such as scrunchies cannot be returned once worn or used.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. How to Request a Return

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

5. Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

• Hair accessories that have been worn or washed

6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.
