Thank you for choosing Lyana Jade. We are proud to create our accessories in Canada and appreciate the support of our customers across the United States.

Please note that orders shipped to the U.S. may be subject to import duties, tariffs, taxes, or customs processing fees imposed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. These charges are determined by the U.S. government and are not collected or controlled by Lyana Jade.

What You Can Expect

  • Import duties and tariffs are not included in your order total or shipping charges at checkout.

  • If applicable, these fees must be paid by the recipient before the package can be released for delivery.

  • Your shipping carrier, such as USPS, DHL, UPS, or FedEx, will contact you if payment is required.

  • Import duties and tariffs vary depending on the value of your order and current U.S. customs regulations.

Our Commitment

We are actively working with customs professionals to determine whether our handmade accessories qualify for duty relief under the Canada–United States–Mexico Agreement (CUSMA). If eligible, this could reduce or eliminate import duties on qualifying products in the future.

As regulations continue to evolve, we remain committed to providing clear and transparent information so you know what to expect before placing your order.

By Placing an Order

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any import duties, tariffs, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, or carrier fees that may be assessed by U.S. customs authorities.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges and is returned to us, any shipping costs, return shipping charges, customs fees, carrier fees, or other related costs incurred will be deducted from any eligible refund.
